DECC have announced a 5% reduction in the medium biomass (200 kW – 1 mW) tariff to take effect for new applications from the 1st July 2013. Tier 1 will reduce from 5.3p/kW hr to 5.0p/kW hr and Tier 2 from 2.2p/kW hr to 2.1p/kW hr See the following link for more information: RHI mechanism

As at today’s date, Ofgem have announced the planned increase in the Renewable Heat Incentive in line with inflation. For example; an installation less than 200 kW will increase from 7.9p per kW to 8.3p per kW.
